Refund Policy

 This statement discloses the refund, exchange, and cancellation policies of Bright Marketing, Inc.

It is our intent that you be fully satisfied with any purchase you make through Bright Marketing, Inc., or MarketingPlanGuide.com.  There is a 30 day no-questions-asked return policy on every item we offer, excluding date-specific events (each of those will have their own specific refund policy stated).

Refunds can be requested by contacting us by phone, email, or U.S. Mail.  Your purchase will be refunded in the manner in which it was received (i.e. check or credit card). 

If a portion of a product or service was used then the refund will be prorated accordingly.  If a physical product is involved then it will need to be returned in satisfactory condition to receive a refund.

If you wish to exchange an item we will gladly accommodate that request.
